Team building process:

I knew from the onset of my team building process that I wanted the ever-destructive Infernape to be the center of my team, as it's an amazing offensive pokemon and when equipped with Choice Band, it's able to rip holes in teams.

Salamence instantly came to mind, considering its defensive and offensive synergy with infernape. It also revenge kills quite nicely with Choice Scarf equipped.

Rotom-W fits quite nicely among the trio, taking down common physical walls and bulky waters. Power and bulk all in one.

I needed a Pokemon who could take dragon attacks for Sala. Metagross, An incredibly offensive and Defensive pokemon, with a nice utility move pool, seems to fit the job very well.

Mew, the oh-so adorable and underrated master of versatility fills a unique role: Counter to common threats like Thundurus and Dragonite.

Cloyster, to spin and set up spikes with some offensive ability so it isn't complete set-up bait.

Cloyster: Shell Smash tends to be better on Cloyster then the Spikes set
Infernape: Maybe the frailest on the team. I'd consider a Wish Pokemon to keep Infernape going
Salamence: MixMence might have been a better choice then ScarfMence. The lack of Fire moves kinda makes it useless when it comes to certain Steels.
Rotom-W: Considering Rotom is one of your strongest Pokemon, I'd turn it into a Pain Split/WoW Rotom
Mew: I'd considering switching this with Jirachi, the Wish Haxrachi
Metagross: Really only has 2 moves. I don't know what Ice is

I'd like to see something come of this team
